Susan is wonderful! She just helped us close on our 3rd home with her. 10/10!

It is always a pleasure to work with Susan. She is very knowledgeable of this real estate industry. She gets things done. I knew everything was going to be ok during our process because she would make sure of it. She is always pleasant and reassuring. Susan helped us buy our first house and sold it and now buying again. She will be forever our realtor if we ever need her in the future. We have made a great friendship and I wish all the best for her and her family.

Susan was a delight to work with. She made the sale of our home seem like a dream. It was seamless. She handled each detail so professionally. We will definitely work with her again in the future.

Susan came highly recommended and truly did out perform her reputation. It was a joy and pleasure working with her.

I recently relocated to South Carolina from out of state. In planning my retirement I have been in communication with Susan McCarter for 2 years. All that time Susan was 100% on top of things in making sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and informing me on the South Carolina housing market. She scheduled a number of showings over a couple days and when I narrowed down houses I was interested in she took me back for 2nd showings. Susan was very patient and always shared her knowledge and experience. When I decided which house I wanted to put an offer on she immediately put the offer in and it was accepted Susan continued to be on top of things with paperwork and scheduling the time for my home inspector to inspect the house. I highly recommend having Susan be your Real Estate agent/representative. She goes above and beyond

Great to work with and has the experience that always helps. Thanks for everything

Susan did an excellent job to help guide us and made several recommendations to help ease our journey from OH to SC. She really saved us by pursuing an option to rent our new place with the previous owners until closing; which saved us from having to live in a hotel for a week with a pet and moving our things twice. She's a real pro and cares about your needs!
