I recently relocated to South Carolina from out of state. In planning my retirement I have been in communication with Susan McCarter for 2 years. All that time Susan was 100% on top of things in making sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and informing me on the South Carolina housing market. She scheduled a number of showings over a couple days and when I narrowed down houses I was interested in she took me back for 2nd showings. Susan was very patient and always shared her knowledge and experience. When I decided which house I wanted to put an offer on she immediately put the offer in and it was accepted Susan continued to be on top of things with paperwork and scheduling the time for my home inspector to inspect the house. I highly recommend having Susan be your Real Estate agent/representative. She goes above and beyond
