We knew Julie was going to be our realtor the day we met her. She made an amazing first impression. Her breadth and depth of experience was pouring out of her. On top of that her fun loving personality was the icing on the cake. My fiancé and I were looking for a duplex in east bay. Our plan was to be owner occupied, live in one unit and rent out the other. Julie did an amazing job pointing us to neighborhoods we would love (we originally lived in SF). She was meticulous when putting our offer together.
