Sue Hansen has to be the best realtor in town . She is so professional and always there to help her customers. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smooth. I would not use anyone else.
Sue is great to work with. She sold us this property 25 years ago and worked hard to get it sold when my life circumstances changed. She was patient explaining things to me and was always quick to respond to my calls and messages. Her knowledge of the housing market in Wausau is unsurpassed. The property that she was selling for me was in a condo association but it is a single family home. This type of hybrid property is not easy to sell but Sue made it happen. I recommend Sue Hanson to anyone who is looking for a quality agent.
Sue did an excellent job at notifying me with homes that would be suitable to my needs and budget. she was very helpful and knowledgeable in her field as a realtor. Thanks so much Sue
I couldn’t get the computer to click on #5 for informative, but she was. Sue was very responsive to my questions and to questions I didn’t even know I had. Several times she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with issues concerning the house. I highly recommend her.
Sue is a fantastic agent. She went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Her expert insight and professionalism really helped make the deal close quickly and confidently. We cannot recommend her enough!
Sue’s experience and attention to details kept me informed every step of the way. Her easy going demeanor kept me calm and confident in making important decisions. She has a high rank in integrity and I’d be more than pleased to recommend her to anyone.
