Sue is amazing. Years ago, she helped us find our dream house in the East Bay which we loved and was the place where we started to raise our kids. We loved her frankness and energetic personality.<br><br>When we decided to leave California this summer we contacted Sue to help sell our house. We had a budget in mind to do some remodeling/fixing to get our house ready to sell.<br><br>She advised us on how best to allocate our funds (spend money to remodel our kitchen, updates to bathrooms, painting, minor landscaping and making sure we hired top notch stagers) to maximize our returns.<br><br>We were out of state and she did everything for us: getting bids, project planning, ordering materials and keeping tabs on contractors to make sure that they did their work up to par. She even cleaned and did other chores around the house such as watering our plants. When I said she did everything, she really did everything and she ended up earning our strong sense of trust.<br><br>Our house ended up selling for far more than we would have expected. This was all due to Sue's hard work, care and attention to detail.<br><br>I would recommend Sue to anyone.
A friend of ours recommended Sue after her good experience, and we were not disappointed. Sue is extremely knowledgeable and well connected and helped us find a real gem of a home despite the craziness of the current market. She really listened to what we were looking for and was candid about whether or not she felt the properties we were considering would meet our needs. She also did not pressure us to go outside of our budget in any way while being completely realistic with us about how much she expected properties to sell for. We learned so much working with her and are so grateful we found her. <br><br>One other very important thing: Sue made us feel like we were her only clients even though we knew she was working with other people as well. She always had time for us and often was able to help us within minutes of any request.<br><br>If you do decide to work with Sue, I would recommend letting her help you find your lender. We made a mistake in that area and Sue really bailed us out by connecting us with the person we ultimately worked with. She is very well connected and will have many solid recommendations of people who are great to work with and who can get you to closing day smoothly.

Sue is the BEST! We were searching for a house in the East Bay for more than a year. We didn't really know what we were looking for, and Sue was very patient with us. She took us to see a lot of houses, and she even entertained our toddlers while we looked around (seriously, they love her)! She was very knowledgeable about east bay neighborhoods and market conditions. When we were in contract, she did an excellent job of making sure the seller addressed our concerns, and we never felt pressured to close. We are very happy with the house we found and the deal we got, but we'll miss seeing Sue.
