From start to finish she was so professional and had our home under contract in less than two weeks. Her team got beautiful photos and videos of our home for website and print brochures. She was so knowledge through the entire selling process and was constantly checking in to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything we needed. I can't say enough about Stephanie Sulstrom at Kentwood Real Estate. She was instrumental in getting my dad's condo sold at a time when buyers had the advantage. There were several comps in the area that did not have the number of looks we got in fact one condo didn't have any. Hats off to her stagers who did a fantastic job of making the condo look very appealing. There was a hitch with the first lender (HOA issues not the buyer) and Stephanie worked hard to help find a lender to get us to closing. This was my first experience selling a property on my own and I always felt like Stephanie had my back! I highly recommend Stephanie for any of your real estate needs.
