Mrs. Stephanie Santiago was patient, dedicated, and committed to finding me the right home. Each of my specifications was addressed such as location, size of home, style of home, price range, types of rooms, number of bathrooms, age of home, number of garages and yard square footage. Stephanie showed me many homes until she found the one that met my needs. Other realtors paled in comparison to Stephanie’s energy level, knowledge of community activity offerings, design businesses and home contractors. I have had exposure to many realtors and I can safely say that Stephanie’s real estate background knowledge, client helping skills and functioning level are at the top of the superior range. Everyone should watch her wield her magic. From grateful new home owner, Gwendolyn J. Brewer

Stephanie is the best. Helped us buy our new home and sell our old home. She handled everything with both homes. Buying and selling could not have been any smoother thanks to Stephanie. She stayed on top of both transactions and kept us informed. You won't find a better realtor!

Stephanie Santiago is absolutely the best! There is no one like her! She helped us from the very beginning and talked to us daily until the end. As first time buyers, she made the process extremely pleasant. Her constant connection and reassurance through the process was so helpful and calming when we felt overwhelmed. She is very flexible with her schedule and always accommodated our work schedules. We are so happy in our new house and can’t wait to refer her to our friends and family who are looking to buy or sell! She isn’t only a realtor, but she feels like a long time family friend.
