I am purchasing a new home with the assistance of Ms. Benoit, and once again she has gone above and beyond my expectations. She has assisted me in every way possible. She helped me decide on the model I wanted by going over floor plans and site locations with me. She knows the questions to ask the builder and the agent. What can I say----Shawna Benoit is an outstanding Real Estate Agent.

Shawna Benoit is the absolute best Real Estate agent I have ever worked with when buying or selling a home. I have bought and sold three homes in my lifetime. Shawna Benoit is very professional. She is knowledgeable and helpful. She represented me when I sold my home recently. She explained everything to me each step of the process. She was always available to answer questions that I had. I think my home sold in record time because Shawna put forth the necessary time and effort to ensure that my home would “show” in a way that everyone who saw it would want to purchase it. She made sure that it was cleaned and sanitized. She made sure that every light fixture had working bulbs. I didn’t think it mattered until I looked at pictures of other homes and saw some in which the light bulbs were out and/or the pictures were dark and dull. Shawna knows her “job”. She is also pleasant and easy to talk to.

Shawna is very attentive and experience when it comes to the right questions we needed answers. She was relentless in finding us the property that we wanted. It was a pleasure working with us.

I have work with Miss Benoit with the buying and selling of my home and I am very satisfied with her work. It has been excellent.

Very professional!!!!

Shawna played a huge and vital role in the successful purchase of my home. I was from out of state and she handled everything competently and professionally. I was kept informed of all details and the process was stress-free. I was able to smoothly transition into my new home.

Words are not enough to describe the level of professionalism offered by Shawna. She was on top of everything every step of the way. Her patience and communication throughout the entire process were incredibly helpful and made us feel very comfortable as first-time buyers. We love our home and will absolutely recommend Shawna to all family and friends looking to purchase or sell a home!

I am very happy with her work. I was relocating from out of the country and only had two weeks to find a home before I had to return. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to find a home within my price range, she found one that was perfect for me. She guided me through all of the paperwork needed to complete the purchase, including coordinating the process while someone else signed on my behalf for the home title.

Shawna is an exceptional person, with lots of patience, perfect knowledge of the local setting and cares about paying attention to details and most importantly she listens to clients and take interest in what they want. In summery she is good.

Shawna was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that our house was ready to sell. She communicated with us well during our home search and because of that, we were able to locate and close on our new home.
