I am purchasing a new home with the assistance of Ms. Benoit, and once again she has gone above and beyond my expectations. She has assisted me in every way possible. She helped me decide on the model I wanted by going over floor plans and site locations with me. She knows the questions to ask the builder and the agent. What can I say----Shawna Benoit is an outstanding Real Estate Agent.
