Shannon is a Florida native who grew up in St. Petersburg. Being a long-time resident, she has extensive knowledge and insight into the areas of Downtown St. Pete, Snell Isle, Old Northeast, Historic Kenwood, Pasadena, St. Pete Beach, Tierra Verde, and Bahama Shores, to name a few. Shannon currently lives just outside of downtown St. Pete, with her wonderful husband, two incredible stepsons, and their adorable corgi, Willow. She enjoys kayaking, fishing, and soaking in the sunshine in our beautiful city. She is also a great cook…or perhaps has very biased (and hungry) friends and family! She also loves exploring all the new restaurants and community events, that make Tampa Bay such a wonderful place to live.
