Ali Bearnarth was wonderful. She helped us to find our new home based on all the criteria we gave her, and she helped us to sell our old home. She has great knowledge of the downtown St. Petersburg real estate market, which was truly helpful as we worked through the process. She was very responsive to all of our needs and always available to help us through all of our questions … day and night. She is extremely hard-working and dedicated to her craft. We would definitely work with Ali again.

For all my local real estate needs, I always turn to Becky McConnell because I know she will give all her attention to my needs and get the job completed in the most efficient manner. Becky devotes herself to each client's needs.

Bridget is so exceptional as a real estate advisor that there needs to be an extra scale for her, like 6 stars out of 5 or an 11 out of 10. Bridget is an outstanding professional and one of the most excellent people I have had the opportunity to do business with over a 30 year executive career. Three things about Bridget really have her standing out from her peers and the rest of the crowd; world class customer service, deep market expertise, and valuable experience. I highly recommend choosing Bridget as a real estate advisor and fully endorse her as a top professional. Thank you Bridget for successfully getting us into our dream home.

Julie Jones is the best! We had a wonderful experience. She is professional, helpful goes above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in St. Pete.

Bridget is very professional, super attentive and went above and beyond helping us navigate a new construction purchase. She has become a good friend and we will absolutely recommend her to our friends and family.

Blaike is an exceptional realtor that goes above and beyond for her clients. She is professional, honest, caring, and will do anything to ensure her clients are taken care of! I would highly recommend Blaike.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Blaike. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, but Blaike made the entire experience feel so much easier. She was always just a phone call or text away, answered every question with patience, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire process, it was clear how dedicated Blaike was to making everything go right. I never felt like “just another client.” She celebrated the exciting moments with me, helped me navigate the stressful ones, and always had my best interests at heart. Her knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail gave me so much confidence every step of the way. You won’t find a more dedicated realtor than Blaike. She is the kind of realtor everyone hopes to find- hardworking, honest, and committed to making the experience as smooth as possible. Whether you’re buying or selling, I can’t recommend Blaike enough!!

An amazing realtor. Blaike listens to what you want and goes above and beyond to find what you’re looking for!! 100% recommend.
