Exceptional service! Shannon was attentive, communicative, and genuinely invested in understanding exactly what we were looking for. She walked us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We are very happy with our experience.

Shannon Reilly was very professional and easy to work with. She works day and night leaving no detail unresolved. We could not have been more pleased.

Shannon Reilly represented us in the purchase of a home with the utmost professionalism and effectiveness. It didn’t take long for us to develop a complete trust, and even a friendship. It seems as if she never sleeps! She lets no detail go unresolved. Shannon is very ably assisted by Elyse Teachout. Together, they make the entire process progress smoothly. Gary & Sharon Coleman

We relocated to Greenville for a career opportunity on very short notice. Shannon Reilly's knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the Greenville area was one of the deciding factors in our decision to move forward with the relocation. As our relocation specialist, Shannon worked with our recruiter to make the transition seamless. She helped us with every aspect of our move, providing information about movers, lenders, and even helped us find a Berkshire Hathaway realtor to sell our home in the Atlanta area. Shannon showed us homes all over the Upstate, which helped us narrow down the area and home of our dreams. Shannon and Elyse Teachout were always responsive to texts, answered our calls and our many questions, and worked together to accomodate our schedule to show us homes as quickly as possible in this fast-paced market. We are grateful to Shannon and Elyse for all of their help and encouragement and are glad to have made new friends in the process.

Great service

Well, it comes to the results that a customer absolutely need the best that fits the situation life throws at all angles. Very much feeling that Shannon did the job that I am sure she does all the time to make sure her clients receive the best. Feeling that she truly knows what it takes for things to be done right is truly outstanding. I had at a point gave up on owning this home, as things got more crazy, Shannon really showed it's simply an obstacle, let's get through it. I wouldn't want to battle with Shannon when it comes to crunch time, she deserves her title. Thanks for making this happen.

Shannon and her team (Stephen and Elyse) were very helpful during the entire process of buying our Greenville home. Beginning with identifying potential properties, negotiating the purchase contract, recommending a great lender, working through due diligence issues and coordinating closing matters, they were great! Shannon was always available when needed and very responsive to our many requests and questions. She even ventured into the crawl space (on hands and knees) to confirm repair/replacement of several items. We appreciate all of Shannon's good work on our behalf and definitely would recommend her and C. Dan Joyner to prospective home buyers and sellers.

Shannon was amazing, prompt with getting back to me, sending me homes that fit my criteria and just a great team to work with, the process was so smooth. Thank you and would recommend to anyone!!
