Shannon and her team (Stephen and Elyse) were very helpful during the entire process of buying our Greenville home. Beginning with identifying potential properties, negotiating the purchase contract, recommending a great lender, working through due diligence issues and coordinating closing matters, they were great! Shannon was always available when needed and very responsive to our many requests and questions. She even ventured into the crawl space (on hands and knees) to confirm repair/replacement of several items.
