Shannon was great with helping me, giving me advice along the way, and handing things for me when they became too stressful. I'd highly recommend her and would use her again.

Shannon was a pleasure to meet. Very attentive to what I was looking for in a rental property. Open to answer any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend her with assisting in touring properties.

Shannon Peters. Amazing Realtor….she definitely goes above and beyond and is a real pleasure to work with. She helped us with the sales of our previous home as well as the purchase of our new home. Shannon is very honest and gives recommendations with our interests in mind, being sure that we will be happy with both our sale and our purchase. She is so patient and kind, always sharing any new information she has with us in a timely manner. She also responds to any email or call with our concerns right away. She was a real true partner to us and never did we feel that our satisfaction in the overall purchase and sale was not her ultimate goal as our partner. We give Shannon Peters 5 stars for everything she did for us. She genuinely cares.

We worked with Shannon peters and she was great! Was constantly in contact with us through the whole process. Came and walked through the final inspection with us. She cared about us saving money, she told us to go through a new builds mortgage lender instead of the one she recommended since it gave us money back in the closing process. Overall was nervous as a first time home buyer but Shannon made it a cake walk. Will be using her if we need to in the future!

Shannon was a pleasure to work with during our home search. Very detailed and communicated very well throughout the entire process.

I worked with Shannon Peters when I sold my house last month. She was a true professional, but more than that, a partner during the process. I felt like she always had my best interest at heart. The advice on staging the home, how to price it, and all the photos and videos for potential buyers made the process easier. She kept me updated on feedback from showings and I felt like I could ask questions, and ask her for her advice on several issues. It sold quickly and I appreciated all of her efforts in helping to make that happen. I work with her again!

Shannon was Great! Initially we were going to just do Offerpad so that we could avoid showings. After speaking with Shannon we decided to go the traditional route to sell our home. Shannon gave us pointers on staging the home and stood by us through every phase of the sell. Home listed on a Tuesday/ showing on that Saturday and offer accepted on Sunday. Go Shannon! 1st Realtor Now Family.

Shannon was extremely helpful to us in selling our home. She went above and beyond to make the experience a very smooth experience for us as first-time sellers. Shannon will be highly recommended to others looking to buy or sell in the future by both me and my wife. Really appreciate all she did for us during the whole process.

I worked with Shannon Peters on my home purchase. I was in Atlanta when I started the process. I drive up to Charlotte a few times and Shannon would spend all day showing me properties in all areas of Charlotte and surrounding areas. I really appreciate her patience. When I began looking I wasn’t even sure what type of property I wanted. After settling on a pre-construction single family home, Shannon went out of her way to answer all my questions and concerns. She helped me throughout the entire process and always with a great attitude!
