Shannon was great with helping me, giving me advice along the way, and handing things for me when they became too stressful. I'd highly recommend her and would use her again.

Shannon was a pleasure to meet. Very attentive to what I was looking for in a rental property. Open to answer any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend her with assisting in touring properties.

Kathleen and Gary are amazing! Kathleen did a great job marketing the property and selling it quickly for above market value. Posting for the property was done extremely well and we believe that’s what it sold it for such a good price. We couldn’t recommend her more. This is 2nd property we worked with her on.

Nathaly Hurtado is the best realtor in Mooresville

Debbie and Holly were amazing to work with. So much attention to detail! Such good communication and advice along the way! Such great attitudes through what was often a difficult process with the buyer. So happy and much gratitude that we were able to go through this process with them. Can't wait to celebrate now that we are done!!!

We recently sold our lot through Lake Norman Realty. Our agent was Lisa Lyerly, and we couldn't be happier with her. Lisa is wonderful. She listened to us and gave great advice. By the end of the first day, we had 3 offers, with one being over list price. We closed in less than 2 weeks. We are so please with Lisa! We highly recommend Lisa and Lake Norman Realty and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

Used Michael Zaldivar for selling and purchasing a home. I thought he did an excellent job on both ends. I found him to be very friendly and would like to take this opportunity to thank him again for everything he did for me. Thanks Michael!

Karman was absolutely amazing from the beginning through the end of the sale of our father’s home. She went over and above our expectations, going out of her way to make things easier for us. We received an offer on the first day of the showing and a better one the second day. And there were 14 showings scheduled in 5 days! We couldn’t have asked for a more personable, professional person to help us through this emotional time in our family’s life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

I cannot recommend Anita and Lake Norman Realty highly enough! From the very beginning of the home-buying process, she went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was always available to answer questions, explain every step, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. What stood out to me most was how much she truly cares about her clients. She doesn't just treat you like another transaction—she treats you like family. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made what could have been an overwhelming experience an exciting and enjoyable one. Even after closing, Anita continued to check in to see how I was getting settled into my new home, which speaks volumes about the type of person she is. It's clear that building lasting relationships with her clients is important to her. As a first-time homeowner, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I am incredibly appreciative of everything Anita did for me, and I hope others have the same opportunity to work with her. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely invested in your success, Anita is the person to call. Thank you for making this milestone such a wonderful experience!
