Awesome service Shannon made the whole process so easy and understandable for us being first time home buyers. Shannon is the best realtor and an even better person she is truly so helpful and kind heart he’s and was there for us every step of the way to answer and questions or just to talk about the houses.

Shannon is the most amazing person and a wonderful realtor. She was on top of everything and was extremely informative especially since this was our first time purchasing a home. I am extremely thankful for her and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else as my realtor!

Shannon was a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable and explains everything extremely well! She was always a text away and made the home selling process simple and stress free from Day 1. She advocates for her clients and is dedicated.

My experience with Shannon was top tier, she made everything go by smooth on top of things when I needed some answers amazing helpful as a first time home buyer. I thank her for working with us and giving us an amazing experience.

She was amazing! Went way above and beyond any expectations.

Shannon has represented me twice and each time she has gone above and beyond for me and my family. She is prompt, very kind, and looked out for our best interest. She is extremely honest and upfront. I highly recommend her for buying or selling! Loved working with her and hate to leave her in North Carolina. Thank you SO much for working so hard for me and my family!!

Shannon was excellent. Answered any questions I had promptly. Keep great communication throughout the whole process and it was a long process.

Shannon was great to work with! She kept us appraised of the entire process and managed all of the details; which was great since we currently live in another state. She is quick to respond and always easy to talk to. I highly recommend working with Shannon if you are looking to buy or sell a house.

We loved working with Shannon! She has been living in the area for awhile, so she was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, which gave us some more insight into the area. She is personable, trustworthy, and laidback - all of which are top qualities we were looking for in a realtor. The buying process with Caldwell Banker was smooth and we never encountered any problems.
