Sara is probably the best agent I've ever had. She is amazing. Energetic, focused, and dedicated. The market I was in was a seller's market, very hot. As a buyer I needed an agent who would be available on short notice since home buying had become almost an impulse buy. She was always available quickly or found someone to fill-in for her. She recognized the velocity of the market meant that there was no time to work out schedules and was able to work in this environment.
Additionally, she was able to work out some tricky problems with the sellers' unwillingness to switch to a VA loan and some weird due diligence issues as well.
I will continue to rely on her for any future home transactions in this area, no question about it.

As a first time home buyer in a seller's market the whole process was stressful and nerve wracking for me, but Sara remained calm and eager to help explain things at every turn. Nothing seemed to rattle her and she always knew the next step. She was very knowledge about the whole process and even explained everything up front at our first meeting so there would be no surprises. I really appreciated her willingness to work with me via email or text message. She either responded right away or explained the time frames when she would be unavailable. Everything happened quickly, so that was critical for my success. And we were successful! I ended up with a beautiful home that is just perfect for me.

As a new home buyer, I was nervous about starting the process and had earlier experiences seeing homes with agents who were less knowledgeable and who kept pushing the top-end of our budget.
