We hired Sara to Sell our home in Chapel Hill/Durham and Purchase our home in Hillsborough, NC. Sara was highly responsive, professional, calm and level headed through some rather unexpected and trying circumstances both on the list and purchase side - she kept things on track for us and moreover, enabled us to reach a positive outcome on both deals in a very tight timeframe. It is an emotional process and having someone to work with who is able to calmly mediate and move everyone towards goal is often the difference between success and failure. Sara did that for us and we would highly recommend her to anyone seeking the professional services of a realtor. Terrific job Sara...Thanks!!
