Sara is THE MOST STELLAR ESTATE AGENT EVER. Five stars just scratch the surface, really. I have worked with her on the purchase and subsequent sell of a condo. As I was looking for my home, I really appreciated that Sara did take my interest at heart. For example, for me it was important to find a quiet place. I will never forget when Sara dissuaded me from considering a bungalow because she thought it might be too noisy for me.When we found the right place, Sara was a master of setting up a competitive offer and an impeccable letter, working hand in hand with the mortgage broker. I could not feel more supported. She was then very thorough of supporting my rights during inspections. She was always there, as a rock, at any steps of the process, even when I thought that her job was accomplished. Even after 3 months from the sell, she kept on checking with me to make sure that I was well.And when I decided to sell the place, Sara showed some Wonder Woman powers. To help me sell fast, she set up the sell while I was traveling in remote parts of India. She was patient with time differences, weak web connections, and cut phone-calls. When I came back, after 6 weeks away, she already found a seller who accepted my offer price. Needless to say, Sara staged the unit as glamorously as you can imagine, and more.
