I've worked with Sandra Clark at Windermere twice with buying a house and I'd give my absolute highest rating and recommendation. Sandra is so great to work with and will really help you find the right home. She is extremely knowledgable about the housing market here (neighborhoods, market and prices, what's a good investment, builders, etc...) and provides the best counsel I've ever gotten in terms of navigating choices. She's super quick when it comes to communicating and navigating showings. Her team is excellent in terms of quickly and effectively putting together offers and her expertise is invaluable in terms of figuring out how to make competitive and effective offers balanced with personal goals. At a process level, Sandra is really nice to work with - she listens well, helps be a sounding board without creating a sense of being pushed in one direction or another, is highly collaborative, and also provides really clear, valuable feedback when you ask for her opinion. She also is very good at figuring out the kind of house you want and navigating the market to find it.
