Tyna has a gift; she understands how to make people feel like lifelong friends, while still maintaining professional boundaries. She was punctual, communicative, and informative. When she said we were going to be looking at a house, I knew that was the plan. I would take as long as I needed, and she dedicated as much time as necessary to ensure I felt informed and comfortable and that I could adequately assess each property. She is charismatic, compassionate, empathetic, and knows her craft. I fell in love with a property, and she asked me all the right questions to assess if it was the right fit. When I pleaded my case, she followed up with the seller's agent to dig deeper and saved me from a situation I wouldn't have been happy in. She also saved me from myself more than once because, listen, I can be impulsive. She has the knowledge and skill to research, negotiate, and reason when and where it's needed, and she will advocate for her clients. She is also, by far, one of the funniest people out there, and I am humbling myself to say that, because I, too, am fellow funny folk.
