Samantha was amazing! She was always the perfect balance between patience and persistence and no one will out-organize her! She kept us on task by providing a detailed to-do list with due dates which was invaluable. Despite some challenging conversations with her and the seller's agent she always had a smile on her face and a fantastic demeanor. Additionally, she was helpful with recommendations for brokers, title agencies, etc. but she also wasn't pushy with those recommendations despite the obvious established relationships that she had with each of them. She always made us feel like we were her only client which is a testament to her skills as an agent. We would highly recommend Samantha to anyone who is looking for help in finding the perfect home!
