Brent Talavera is amazing! She truly is the fairy godmother of New Orleans real estate. The process from consultation to closing was absolutely seamless. Her attention to detail and design is top-notch. Her knowledge the the market is unmatched. She is decisive, savvy, and always makes you feel like you are top priority. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, but the numbers tell the story: we closed 48 days after listing and garnered multiple offers! She knew we had a tight timeline (moving out of state) and was up to the task. We were thrilled with the sale price and the entire experience. You will not regret working with Brent!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Gillian and Jen on multiple transactions, and they’ve been great to work with every time. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and stay on top of everything throughout the process. Most importantly, they genuinely care about their clients and work hard to make sure they’re taken care of. I’d highly recommend Gillian, Jen, and the Talbot Lott Group!

Brent is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. She is an advocate and will fight for her clients to sell their houses at the highest price and help them get the best deal on their dream home. She is patient and doesn’t care if it takes 8 weeks or 8 months. All she wants is her clients to be happy and she will do everything in her power to guarantee that outcome. She (and her partner Jonathan) work harder than any agent I’ve ever met. Brent has an amazing eye for interior design and will help you style your home so that it truly looks magazine worthy. She came over one evening and moved all my furniture around (on her own) so that the house would look exceptional for the photo shoot, open house, and showings. Truly above and beyond. The pictures turned out so well that after seeing them, I joked that maybe I didn’t want to move after all! She totally gets what her clients want to the extent that it’s like a shared mind. I trusted her instinct and her judgement completely and ended up with the house of my dreams. Not only that but throughout the process we became fantastic friends. I’m so grateful for her partnership throughout the entire buying / selling process and for her friendship hopefully for years to come. You can’t go wrong with Brent on your team.

Jen and Gillian made buying our first home genuinely enjoyable. They found our house off-market and guided us through every step with patience, clear explanations, and quick answers to our endless questions. Their deep knowledge of the New Orleans market and strong relationships with local realtors and service providers made a real difference along the way. They were also incredibly responsive and flexible while we coordinated the process from out of town. We can't recommend Jen and Gillian enough — if you're buying a home in New Orleans, you're in great hands with them.

We can’t recommend Jen and Gillian enough. This was our second transaction with them, and they are a great 1-2 punch team. In an incredibly tight 45 day window, they helped us land our new off market home while simultaneously selling our existing home off market. Executing both sides in that timeframe requires serious hustle and execution. They work fast, remain responsive, and master the little details. On top of that, their network of trusted, high quality contractors (inspectors, plumbers, handymen) made navigating the process easy and worry free.

Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to give an awesome thank you to Blake Rose and the roserealtynola team. None of this new beginning would be possible had I not selected such an amazing group. Keep up the great work. May the Lord bless you. Thanks,

Rebecca was an absolute rockstar. My fiancée and I worked with Rebecca for our first home purchase. She led us through the entire process with patience, understanding, and expertise to make sure we felt prepared and knowledgeable about this major life step. Rebecca was fast to answer any questions we had and made us feel like we were not missing any important steps along the way. Her ability to make the experience not so daunting to first time home buyers was a welcome relief, and we were able to move through the process with confidence and ease. Thank you Rebecca for your incredible guidance!

Working with Kat was, once again, an incredibly positive experience — this was our second home purchase with her, and she delivered the same seamless, enjoyable process we remembered. She was patient, thorough, and never rushed us as we explored many options before finding exactly the right fit. Her responsiveness and proactive communication are second to none, and her deep knowledge of the New Orleans market gives you real confidence throughout the process. We are so grateful and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for the best in New Orleans!

Sally managed the entire process perfectly from start to finish and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable!
