In 1963, my husband and I brought our first baby home to an authentic “Cotswold Cottage” we bought in Atlanta’s Morningside neighborhood. The Cotswolds are a range of rolling hills northwest of London. Over the years we customized it to fill our needs andfinally at the end of our stay, it required a unique buyer for a unique house. Samantha, a native of England, knew all about the Cotswolds and made an excellent representative for our home. With grace, patience and persistence, she guided us through the process of saying goodbye to an era. I wouldn’t change a thing. She was wonderful to work with and she delivered!

Just as we put our home up for sale, we were told our older daughter had an ectopic pregnancy. Sam [McKinlay] was not only compassionate and reassuring but she secured a buyer for our home in less than 24 hours, keeping me informed but not overwhelming me as I tried to take care of my daughter. She was the same throughout the 30 day process, providing information as needed, responding promptly to my questions and concerns.
