Ryan S. was my realtor for both buying and selling my property. He is a great dude that keeps it simple even with such a complicated process. Despite my many questions, he was patient and worked with me through both processes. He left a great impression from the buying process where I never forgot him for when it came to selling. Despite us being young, he didn't patronize us at any point during the processes. We dealt with this in our time before finding Ryan and now when looking for another place through other people. I am super appreciative to him for treating us well. Would love to work with him again if we didn't move so far.
