Letter of Gratitude for Excellent Services: My name is Gail. My husband and I had been living in Kailua, Hawaii for more than 60 years. It took us 5 years to decide to leave our home in Hawaii and move closer to our family in Orange. When we decided to move, I literally looked up every realtor in Orange and Woodbridge and selected Ross based solely on his bio. His bio spoke to me! I contacted him via email in March of 2022 and he instantly went to work for us. We set up a phone time that would work for both of us since we were 6 hours behind CT. Ross was extremely knowledgeable about Orange and Woodbridge and the surrounding towns. I told him we would be shipping our family of 3 dogs and were interested in a ranch style single level home with a big back yard and wanted to be approximately 10 minutes away from our family in Orange. We started Face Timing, texting and bouncing ideas back and forth with each other. We immediately established a good rapport. Ross was very easy to talk to and was accommodating in so many ways.  We did several walk throughs of possible homes via FaceTime and then finally found the perfect home in Woodbridge. In order for our offer to be successful, he worked very closely and effectively with the realtor selling our home in Hawaii. As there are differences between HI and CT in selling a home, it was important he also work closely with the listing agent in CT to accurately explain the status of our home sale in HI. Ross patiently guided us every step of the way with our purchase in CT and made this long distance transaction go very smoothly. To work with Ross for almost a year was a pleasure and a privilege. Ross and his recommendations for the attorney and insurance broker were very professional and, when we finally arrived in CT to buy our home (which we had never seen in person before), everything went smoothly. After we purchased the home, Ross has been a wonderful source of recommendations and has become our first friend. We can not thank Ross enough for helping us with this difficult life-changing move. We saw that house was in market but never now it that had gone in action which was going to end the next day. When we emailed him that day we were so lucky. Becouse he searched it and responded to us with all iformations need it! From that moment he was assusring us rill we purchase this home !
