We had excellent experince, very profesional, went above and behind to assist us in all our needs on this process! Without him we coulfn’ t bd able to have this house today! We saw that house was in market but never now it that had gone in action which was going to end the next day. When we emailed him that day we were so lucky. Becouse he searched it and responded to us with all iformations need it! From that moment he was assusring us rill we purchase this home ! Ps: our real estate agent that we used before for other properties responded to us that is very complicated transaction and he said it is not going to happen! But since we liked it so much we emailed Ross for second opinion!!!!! Out of 5 stars we give him 10 !
