Ron really knows the Sherman Park market. He is a pleasure to work with and followed through on all necessary paperwork. The entire process was stress free and closing was a breeze. He also kept us from doing unnecessary improvements prior to listing the duplex.
Just a few suggestions for Ron. Sometimes you did not respond in a timely manner. Young people especially expect quick responses. I was surprised that you were not prepared to take photos of the property and the ones I took you did not use until I requested such. I would also have liked some kind of listing booklet for buyers to see and data sheets in the vacant unit. Not listing the rents resulted in the buyer asking for a $2,500 reduction in the price once they received the rental information. Fortunately, we sold during a strong sellers' market but if the market was different, the items I mentioned would have been significant marketing factors. All in all, good job Ron and all the best in your future real estate career. I would call on you again if I had listings in Milwaukee.
