Richard is professional and knows how to steer clients towards reasonable compromises that bring a swift sale. That said, I sometimes felt I was not firmly supported in negotiating the best possible price for me. I was not in a rush to sell. I felt the buyer's agent was more aggressive in helping them negotiate and get to an agreement that benefited the buyer. Richard paid for minor plumbing fixes requested by the buyer, which was appropriate and gracious given he previously suggested small requests by me was nickel and diming the buyer. (In other words, he picked up the buyer's nickel and diming me, after I declined to pay for it). I felt rushed to make a decision when I was told the buyer's agent was asking for a reply that evening, when I needed time to consult with family. The sales price was fair enough, though below asking and below Zillow estimate. It can be a challenge to work with people you have never met on big transactions. Thank you.
