Eric did a great job of communicating with us throughout the whole process

Alexa was wonderful! She made everything run seamlessly and walked me thru every step until closing. I would use her services again.

We had an outstanding experience buying our new home in Vermont thanks to Kathy Zilkha’s excellence, professionalism, knowledge , transparency , gentle demeanor and ability to educate and guide without pressure. Her deftness at working as a team with the seller’s realtor was also key to a smooth experience. She is the best realtor we have ever worked with! As New Yorkers with very little knowledge of the area but with a dream home in mind, we relied on Kathy and she delivered over and above expectations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. If we find ourselves in need in the future we will definitely be calling her.

Amazingly kind, thoughtful, not pushy at all. Very respectful of your opinions and listens! Loved every second of working with her!

Kate was excellent in every aspect of the selling process. As first time home sellers we were uncertain of the details and we were beyond satisfied with the way Kate helped us navigate the sale of our house.

We originally listed our home with another company and had a handful of showings, but no offers. When we relisted with Allison, she helped us stage our home, she took new pictures and brought a level of energy and communication we hadn't experienced before. Our house sold, and we couldn’t be happier! We only wish we had called Allison first.

Nur stuck it out with us for well over two years of finding the right place. We were looking for a vacation home that was close to the Lake and close to the Mountain. Not an easy find and she was relentless. Nur has tremendous patience, integrity and is a hard worker. She tirelessly showed us around and never once lost steam in her determined approach to finding us what we were looking for. There were bumps in the road, none of it caused by Nur, but her disposition never changed. She is a gem and her broker is lucky to have her.

I experienced an extraordinary level of dedication and commitment to satisfy the wants and needs in the seemingly endless search for a home. This collaboration took many weeks of preparation, planning and development to achieve the end result. Anne was wonderfully helpful and successful in guiding this path.

My wife and I had the great fortune of walking in to the Four Season's Sotheby's office in New London, NH. There we met Anne Kerr and her associate Alicia Zanderigo. Anne was immediately pleasant and welcoming. It was obvious right off that she knew the area and the region's real estate market. We explained our criteria for a home and within a few short minutes had some suggestions. Anne spent the next several weeks helping us through showings. She was patient, always pleasant and of course professional. Once we did decide on a purchase, her assistance through the purchasing and inspection process was invaluable. We would highly recommend Anne and Alicia for any prospective home buyer. They are the best!
