Rich has been fantastic throughout the process. He helped us locate a reputable builder in our area, walked us through the building process, and made sure things wrapped up without issue. 11/10 would recommend.

My son Brian recommended Richard to handle my brothers estate. He was very pleasant to work with and certainly jump through a lot of hoops to get the sell done quickly. Very friendly and answered all my questions on a timely matter. Myself and my brothers and sister were very pleased with this sale. I will in the future recommend Richard to anyone I know looking for a realitor. Thank you Shorewest thank you Richard Fandry.

This was the second home we purchased via Rich because the first time he did so great! And he matched his great performance for our latest home! Rich was always available via text or cell to answer questions, get information, etc. He kept us updated every step of the way, so there were no surprises. Offered great advice that assisted us in getting the home we wanted in a tough market. Hoping this will be our last home , but if we ever needed an agent again, we'd call for Rich! Thanks to Rich and to Shorewest!

Rich Fandry is #1. My husband and I have worked with Rich in the past and were happy to do so again. Rich is always quick to act and very knowledgeable. His quick actions got us the condo that we wanted. We will recommend Rich to our family and friends looking for a realtor.

What can I say , Rich is by far one of the best in this field. He’s very knowledgeable and honest which is why I’ve purchased my 3rd property with Rich. Thanks again and I’ll definitely contact Rich in the near future for property number 4!!

We worked with Rich on purchasing our first home and did not hesitate to contact him again when it was time to upgrade on a bigger home. Rich is a pleasure to work with- he is prompt with responses, knowledgeable about the market and all the ins-and-outs of real estate, and he goes above and beyond requirements to help make things as easy as possible for his clients. He made us feel comfortable in our decisions and he advocated for us when needed, guiding us to get the best possible deal we could. We would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
