This was the second home we purchased via Rich because the first time he did so great! And he matched his great performance for our latest home! Rich was always available via text or cell to answer questions, get information, etc. He kept us updated every step of the way, so there were no surprises. Offered great advice that assisted us in getting the home we wanted in a tough market. Hoping this will be our last home , but if we ever needed an agent again, we'd call for Rich! Thanks to Rich and to Shorewest!
