Rhiannon was a breath of fresh air. When I first thought I was ready to buy a home it honestly probably wasn't the right time for me, and then some personal things occurred that put my search on hold. When I was ready to start looking again I got into contact with Rhiannon and she was ready to jump right back into the process. She was always ready and willing to meet me for tours of new homes. She always reached out with homes that she thought would be a good fit for me and after each tour she took into account what we saw and what I liked/didn't like so that she could look for those in other houses on the market.
When it came to the final house that we looked at before putting in an offer she made sure I knew a lot about the house and the neighborhood. She provided me with time to think and even came back a few days later to let me tour again with more of my family. From the time I was ready to put in an offer, to it being accepted, to our closing, Rhiannon was MORE than patient with me. Of course right after our offer being accepted I went on a trip to South Korea, which did prove difficult to manage as I was trying to complete paperwork and signatures while not completely having cell service. But we were able to make it work and get everything accomplished.
