Outstanding property management and highly recommend for your property management needs in Nashville and surrounding communities.
My property has been managed by Real Property management for the last 3 years. I no longer live in the same city as my property, and it has been such a relief to have someone available on call nearby. They have done a wonderful job selecting tenants and managing any concerns that arise.
After having been through too many property management companies we appreciate the work Real Property Management Results Ltd. has done for us. We have been with Ashley, Louis, and Greg for a while and have no plans to change. They work well, have good marketing abilities, and strive to find good tenants. Too many of the others companies say they do but evidence points the other direction. Would and have recommended them. If you need more information feel free to call us at 403 760 1182 or email us at

Excellent experience for the duration of having Ashley as property manager. Always willing to explain the little things that I wasn't grasping. Basically never had to worry about the place, and when something did go wrong it was handled very quickly.
Since obtaining the services of The Real Property Management Results Ltd. Company (RPM) to manage my rented individual Condominium Unit in the Spring of 2018. I've been very pleased with their high level of responsibility and attention to ongoing situations that occur from time to time. Management and staff are accessible, accountable and professional while interacting with the wider overarching Management for the whole Condominium Complex Corporation.
I'm also satisfied with RPM 's timely communication either in person, via phone or e-mail. Staff is always willing to clarify and to discuss any matter of concern. Their accounting system is clear and confidentially secure. I am impressed with the speed with which departing renters were smoothly replaced with a new family. I would highly recommend this Company to my friends.
