We signed on with Ottawa Property Management about 4 years ago when we were leaving Canada. Since they took over, it's just been bliss in terms of never having to worry about the property. Everything was handled by them and which such honesty and transparency. We are now selling and hired them to sell the property. It's been the best decision ever. The level of professionalism and the going above and beyond to get the property ready including helping the tenants find new property as we needed to sell before the lease was up and making everything was done above board for both us and the tenants, providing guidance on what should be renovated, getting and managing in the contractors and even doing some house work and clean up here and there. I wish it were possible to give 10 stars. We aren't in the country and they've made this entire experience so stress and worry free. They communicate with you about everything, share pictures and videos of the progress of the work and before we decided to sell, it was pictures of inspections etc. There are so many good things I can say about Fady and his team because finding companies like his are now rare and they should be lauded and recognized when possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a realtor or management property company. Thank you Fady and team! Y'all really are the best.
