We had an incredible experience working with Rachel. As first-time homebuyers, we were excited and anxious about the entire process. Rachel's calm presence and daily reassurance were critical to helping us find our dream home. While some may say she is newer to the game than tenured veterans, she works tirelessly and goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. When we kicked off the process, Rachel hopped on multiple Zoom calls with us to understand our needs and explain the nuances of the homebuying process (including a detailed review of disclosures to help empower us as buyers!). Unlike other realtors we considered, who often talked "at" us for minutes on end, Rachel always showed up with a listening, compassionate ear and truly made us feel heard. During the search process, she seemed to be on top of every new listing and got us in touch with a great lender as well. She did extensive research on each listing and showed immense resourcefulness and scrapiness along the way. No challenge seemed to sway or scare her! When it came time to make an offer, she coached us through working with a shady seller/agent (given it was a flip), calling and texting with us to check in and provide guidance and assurance. She went out of her way to build a good relationship with the seller's agent to get as much information as possible for a competitive offer. Once we submitted the offer, she helped us tactfully negotiate and get exactly what we wanted, including getting us in touch with great inspectors and house cleaners to get the place ready for us. She also helped communicate with our challenging title company to make sure everything was just right! Rachel was the absolute blessing for us during an often uncertain, unhappy process. She made the entire home search and purchase process accessible and dare we say, fun! Rachel has truly become a friend and we are forever grateful for the time, attention, and care she provided us. We wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend her to others!
