We are in our 80's and have sold our last home. In the past, we have had realtors who were too assertive, too passive, too this and too that, so we were beyond delighted when Rachel Hale stepped into the picture and became our realtor. After meeting Rachel for the first time, we immediately knew that "she was the one." She is a real dynamo (in the best sense of the word). Rachel is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and we found her to be very trustworthy, honorable and someone who carries herself as a true professional 24 hours a day. She worked hard for us as we had, we believe, 10 showings in 7 days. On the 8th day, we got an offer for full price, but that offer fell through. And, a few days after that, a buyer from a previous showing came in with a cash offer over our asking price. Closing followed. It happened so fast, and Rachel was with us every step of the way. We were very lucky to have found this marvelous woman. Rachel has earned this 5-star rating as she is simply outstanding as a realtor and human being.

We were introduced to Rachel Hale after she sold our parents a new construction home in Catoosa. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and decided to take advantage of the market and sell our home so we could purchase a new home in Catoosa’s new development as well. Rachel came highly recommended, so we went with her straight away! She came over and gave us some staging/cleaning tips. She was always very personable and complimentary, but honest about what should be done to get the house sold quickly. She had showings scheduled before the house even hit the market, multiple showings after it was on MLS and we had a contract on it in 2 days. We then turned right around and used Rachel as our realtor on building our current home. She was phenomenal. During our first meeting with the builders, she had clearly done her homework and asked questions regarding the contract and home warranty that we never would have thought of. She is thorough and Mase us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. It was our first time with both selling and building new. We really just felt that we had a genuinely passionate realtor who was looking out for OUR best interests and that’s all we could ask for! Thank you, Rachel!!

Rachel is the BEST. She goes above and beyond! I love her positive attitude and how she answers any and all questions honestly. She helps you understand what you are doing every step of the way! We viewed many homes before we found the perfect one and she was always willing to jump over and show us each time we called her. We love her and have already recommended her to many others who have told me they loved her as well. She is all around awesome!She helped us sell and buy. I give Rachel 5 stars. She was wonderful to work with. We had 2 houses to sell and then we purchased one. She was alw as us so good about keeping up with everything and making sure we got everything signed and turned in on time. The houses we sold both needed lots of repairs on them and she was so good about helping us find places to do the work, calling them to set it up and even meeting them there when we couldn't. When we were looking for one to purchase there was never a time she couldn't accommodate us in the showing. I would and will recommend her.

Rachel helped us through two home sales and one home buy. She helped us with lining up repairmen when repairs were needed. She kept us up and on time on all paperwork needed to complete the sell of our homes and the purchase of our new home. I would, and have recommended Rachel to people looking to sell or buy a home. Rachel made a difficult experience at least less stressful and as pleasant as possible.
