We absolutely loved the neighborhood and decided to take advantage of the market and sell our home so we could purchase a new home in Catoosa’s new development as well. We then turned right around and used Rachel as our realtor on building our current home. She was phenomenal. During our first meeting with the builders, she had clearly done her homework and asked questions regarding the contract and home warranty that we never would have thought of. She is thorough and Mase us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. It was our first time with both selling and building new.
