Rachel has become a trusted friend as she worked with us through both the selling and buying process. The whole experience can be overwhelming, but Rachel was always there to keep us on track, informed, and not panicked. She's fantastic!!

Rachel is always so thoughtful and understanding throughout the entire home selling and buying processes. I have recommended her to friends and family before and would do so again!

So long as you have Rachel there, you are a 10. As soon as she leaves, wherever she goes becomes a 10 and you folks become a 1.

Rachel was very professional and helpful in our home purchase. We would highly recommend her.

Rachel has helped me with three home sales over the last 5 years from a distance. I live in another state and have been divesting previous homes turned rental properties, as well as one estate sale, which left her to coordinate many of the renovations in person. She has done a fantastic job being eyes on the ground and providing excellent judgment on so many big and small decisions. Dealing with all this remotely could have gone all kinds of bad ways but she has been so dependable in handling everything that I never had to worry.

Rachel is beyond superb. She's just extraordinary at every aspect of her job. Listening, helping people figure out what they want, looking thoughtfully at a house and property with them, being incredibly knowledgeable, etc. etc. Prompt and thorough with responses to questions. Keeping us on track during a complicated buying process. Empathetic, realistic, and fun to look at houses with. I'm in awe and super grateful.

Rachel Findlay is a hands down the best agent in Seattle. Not only did she guide me through this challenging process, she took ownership of so many things I had no idea would have been on my plate. Specifically, Rachel brought in her superstar team of contractors to get the house looking good and helped me scope the work and make strategic decisions. She is fun, SUPER smart and so so so good with people. Oh, and extremely responsive. If you are not working with Rachel, you are missing out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our family was so thankful to have Rachel and her wealth of knowledge throughout the selling process. She not only helped sell our home but she helped us find it years ago. We enthusiastically recommend her service.

I would recommend working with Rachel in a heartbeat. She helped us with both the listing of our old place and the purchase of a beautiful new home. The whole process started probably 2 or 3 years before we actually were ready to list--a friend of ours recommended her to us and she came all the way up to our place in Lynnwood from Mercer Island just to speak with us and find out our plans. From that point on, Rachel was always available to answer questions whenever we needed her. When we were finally ready to purchase, Rachel gave us outstanding advice and really was a partner in helping us narrow down our search and stay focused. She's super friendly, knowledgable about her craft, and frankly just a pleasure to work with.
