All in all it was a good experience. The one thing that left a bad taste in our mouth was that the agent didn't take the time to meet the seller. (my dad) When we got a signing appointment with Placer Title I felt like he should have showed up and thanked my Dad personally. We provided a nice clean product that showed well. He didn't have to stay for the whole signing thing but I think he should have made an effort to at least meet the seller.
