Things moved quickly with Peter. We viewed six homes and decided quickly to change our focus from the Keys to a house near Pioneer Trail when he showed it to us. We had a deal done in days with the closing only taking about 21 days. Peter was helpful all along the way. We spent our first week there and feel we made a good decision. I would recommend Peter to serious buyers or sellers. Brad
