Patty was great. 10/10. She got showing scheduled in an extremely timely manner. I believe we had 12 in the first 10 days. One of which resulted in an offer that eventually led to closing on the house. She was timely in communication, and tbh, quite patient with the "moving parts" that were constantly taking place on both sides of the deal. All the way up til closing day, she was available when I needed her, and ahead of some things that were in my "blind spots".
