I met Wendy in 2010 after my divorce. The home I was selling was tied up in a practice note, so I was going to get about half of what it was worth. She didn't have to help me, but she found another realtor willing to work with her, figured out a way to get it sold, and that realtor helped me find my own little house. I never forgot it. When my husband and I needed to sell our Colleyville house, her name was the first one I thought of. I emailed her, not sure she'd even remember me, and she wrote right back: "OMG, it's so good to hear from you!" We met up in person and I got the best hug. She remembered everything. She's an amazing human who puts herself out there for other people all the time. I'd trust her with any house sale.
