I gave Patrick a five star rating because he deserves even more than that. Experience is something you cannot teach from a book. He lives and breathes real estate. He always has his fingers on the pulse of the market. And when I have questions he always knows The answers and if he doesn’t, he finds out quickly and gets right back to me. You should be proud to have him as part of your team!
It's always a pleasure asking Patrick for help selling one of my houses. He remains consistant with his level of knowledge of the market and willingness to go over and above the call of duty. Having him on your team makes your name Berkshire Hathaway shine above the rest!!
Patrick Russell is AWESOME!! I have sold 3 houses with in 5 years all with in hours of listing. Patrick prepares the listing, selects the perfect timing to list, and guides me through the process with great communications!!
I purchased 2 houses with Patrick as my agent. My daughter purchased a house with Patrick last year. He will spend time looking over the house with you and point out all the good and bad. You are truly informed as to the condition of house you are getting. He is right there every step of the process making sure you get the right deal.
I strongly recommend Patrick and Berkshire Hathaway to anyone!
Patrick is phenominal at his job. He was very prompt with all of my questions and concerns through-out my entire home buying process. He was very patient and kept me at ease anytime a situation arose dealing with the closing. If i ever decide to purchase again, i will not hesitate to use his services!
Patrick Russell is an experienced Realtor whose accumlated wisdom shines through in every aspect of the the house buying/selling transaction. Patrick always goes over and above to make sure the house is prepared correctly for the market and also guides his clients in a matter which is instructive and helpful to get the property to closing. Having Patrick on your team is a blessing and I look forward to asking Patrick to assist me in my next Real Estate transaction!!!
Patrick is a great person knows the area the market and is for the people we need more real estate agents like this I had a great time working with Patrick professional and don’t hold any punches tell how it is and with that being said, thank you so much, Patrick for all the help
I had a great experience working with Patrick. He is very professional and communicates very well. He knows the market and the area and his recommendations were spot on. I felt that he had my back and my best interest in mind during the entire process. He sold my house in record time. I highly recommend working with Patrick.
The single reason I would recommend your company to other's (and I have multiple times) is because you have Patrick Russell on your team. Patrick is the type of Realtor / Businessman who sets the bar. What I mean by that is what other's consider going "over and above" is the norm for Patrick. What other's consider "going the extra mile" is the normal path for Patrick. I have recommended Mr. Russell to many other landlord investor's. When they complain about their property not selling I respond by saying..."you didn't talk my advice and call Patrick did you?" I look forward to listing my other properties with Mr. Russell because I know the job will get done!
Berkshire Hathaway is privileged to have a realtor such as Patrick Russell representing their brokerage. He went above and beyond to assist me with my out-of-state purchase.
I have used multiple realtors over the years throughout the country, and I can say without hesitation that Patrick is more knowledgeable about Real Estate and construction in general and concerned about his clients in particular than all the others combined. He is a gem in a field that is over saturated with inexperienced agents who are cursory in their dealings at best as their driving motivation is their commission not the clients’ best interests. Patrick is a true business professional. He knows his market and he ensures his strategies place his clients in the best possible position for a favorable outcome!!!
