Patrick Russell is AWESOME!! I have sold 3 houses with in 5 years all with in hours of listing. Patrick prepares the listing, selects the perfect timing to list, and guides me through the process with great communications!! I purchased 2 houses with Patrick as my agent. My daughter purchased a house with Patrick last year. He will spend time looking over the house with you and point out all the good and bad. You are truly informed as to the condition of house you are getting. He is right there every step of the process making sure you get the right deal. I strongly recommend Patrick and Berkshire Hathaway to anyone!
