Patrick was very “Johnny on the spot”! When I was ready he stopped by did a once over and then set the appointment for photos and within a day my home was on the market and 2-3 days later it was sold!! Patrick knows his stuff and watches out for his client(s). Everything went very smooth with the closing. Five stars plus!!
I was a little hesitant on using a realtor after what happened when I bought my first home, but after meeting with Patrick, I immediately realized hes very professional and not like some of the others out there. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. His wide range of knowledge of what to look for while looking at houses is very helpful. Whether its spotting small amounts of damage from termites, pointing out spots in foundations that could become an issue, to even checking plumbing and lines in the basement to see if there up to code. Patrick and I ran into a problem with a seller when closing on one house, unfortunatly it fell through and I had to wait for the seller to sign a release but Patrick was extremely fast to get it fixed and get me back on track to start looking at houses again. Wasted no time at all! I am very satisfied with the house Patrick got me into. It has everything i asked for and more! Plus the price was an absolute steal! Patrick works hard on finding a home thats right for you and in a market thats tough, he'll find the perfect house for you and your family!
