This was my first home purchase and I had no idea what I was doing going into it. Patrick and Realty 87 really took it upon themselves to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and ready when it came time to make this big purchase. Patrick was bombarded with all kinds of questions and he always got me an answer immediately, unless he didn’t have the answer himself. In which case he made sure to either find out for me and get back to me with no hesitation or he pointed me in the right direction on where/who to go to in order to get the most accurate answers. I highly recommend working with this team whether this is a new experience for you or if you’re a seasoned veteran. Patrick has done right by me and my thanks go out to him and his team.
