Patrick truly went above and beyond while helping us find our home! His communication was outstanding every step of the way, making the entire process smooth. As far as the contract, he ensured every detail was handled and helped us secure an incredible deal. I can be very particular, and Patrick made sure we got everything we asked for. We felt completely confident going into closing and couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Patrick was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my house got sold.

I’m thankful I listed my rental with Patrick. I was impressed with how he quickly found quality tenants. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, and quickly answered all my questions and gave suggestions throughout the process. I definitely plan use him again in the future.

Patrick is an AMAZING real estate agent: he is so professional, knowledgeable and proactive!! His level of professionalism is fantastic. He is also a compassionate, considerate and kind person. It makes a real estate transaction so much easier as he literally puts himself in his clients shoes!! I have done two transactions with him on both sides of the spectrum (seller and buyer) and was delighted by his level of service!!! Lastly he knows the DFW market extremely well which makes things better! Thank you Patrick for all you did for me!!

We cannot thank Patrick Bukowitz enough for his assistance with finding my husband and I a rental home in Rockwall. He stepped in when our realtor and his colleague was out of town, and truly went above and beyond. He never made us feel like it was an imposition; on the contrary, Patrick made us one of his top priorities, and for that we are truly grateful. Patrick assisted us in so many ways. He helped us find a needle in the haystack amongst the very limited inventory of rental homes available at that time in the Rockwall-Heath area. When we had concerns about structural and/or environmental issues in the homes we were interested in, Patrick, who is so well-connected, had a specialist at the ready to come to the home and give us expert analysis and advice. Negotiations with one of the property management companies of a home we wanted to lease became confusing, suspicious and contentious, but Patrick was right there at the ready to intervene on our behalf. When another property became available, Patrick reacted swiftly to expedite a showing and helped us negotiate favorable terms with the property manager. This was not an easy task and Patrick was incredibly generous with his time and guidance. He is a wonderful person and our families have become good friends in the process. We highly recommend Patrick for any and all of your real estate needs.

I had the immense pleasure to work with Patrick on the sale of my house. Patrick is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but he also goes above and beyond to obtain great results!!! He is very personable and takes charge whenever it is needed! Patrick is a GEM!! My boyfriend and I are hiring him once again to help us find an other home! I very highly recommend Patrick! I wish all realtors were like him!!

Patrick has been great. We met him at an Open House and liked him so much, we asked him to sell our house. He is a consummate professional who will get your house sold.
