We cannot thank Patrick Bukowitz enough for his assistance with finding my husband and I a rental home in Rockwall. He stepped in when our realtor and his colleague was out of town, and truly went above and beyond. He never made us feel like it was an imposition; on the contrary, Patrick made us one of his top priorities, and for that we are truly grateful. Patrick assisted us in so many ways. He helped us find a needle in the haystack amongst the very limited inventory of rental homes available at that time in the Rockwall-Heath area. When we had concerns about structural and/or environmental issues in the homes we were interested in, Patrick, who is so well-connected, had a specialist at the ready to come to the home and give us expert analysis and advice. Negotiations with one of the property management companies of a home we wanted to lease became confusing, suspicious and contentious, but Patrick was right there at the ready to intervene on our behalf. When another property became available, Patrick reacted swiftly to expedite a showing and helped us negotiate favorable terms with the property manager. This was not an easy task and Patrick was incredibly generous with his time and guidance. He is a wonderful person and our families have become good friends in the process.
