Pam was a great agent, sold my property quicker than the average for days listed, was helpful at every step and made my sale quick, easy and problem free. I’d def recommend her if you’re looking a for a property on Lake Gaston. She was amazing

Was very difficult to communicate with and felt like I was inconveniencing her.

Pamela was absolutely amazing to work with on selling our LKG home! She made it super simple and was a true joy to work with. Samantha (transaction coordinator) was super helpful and very thorough on all of the processing and behind the scenes activities. Pamela's marketing was great - the photo's & video were top-notch! Thanks for everything Pamela & Team! You came to us highly recommended and I in turn, would highly recommend you as well! Sherry & Rob

Pam is an excellent salesperson. We were able to get a buyer in 1 day. Amazing. Pam could do better at following up between contract signing and closing. I recommend her for selling anywhere on the lake.

Working with Pamela and her team was an absolute pleasure! Her knowledge of the local market, and expertise of the lake, made finding the perfect lake house a reality. Pamela was always available to answer questions and provide invaluable information and advice throughout our buying process. We would highly recommend Pamela for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Pam is a true professional. She is the leader in the area of Lake Gaston and had a pulse of the real estate landscape. If you need an agent who understand the market at Lake Gaston, you should only use Pam Hale.

We found Pam at the beginning of the Pandemic as we thought about buying a home on the lake. Over the course of the past 4 years, the market continued to be very competitive & at times we backed off the idea of buying. Through it all, Pam always answered my questions, texts and phone calls helping to educate us and always willing to show us a listing. When the right home came on the market, Pam got us in first to see the house and we jumped with a competitive offer that was accepted. We trusted her advice and finally got our slice of Lake Gaston. Pam is absolutely the best at what she does. She has wonderful relationships with the community and other realtors in the area. She is trustworthy and someone that you can count on. This is just the beginning of our journey with Pam and here at Lake Gaston.

Pam was great for us in many departments. We very much appreciated and valued her knowledge, experience and advice.

Pamela was friendly and professional right from our first meeting. She knew all the requirements that were needed to sell our home and was proactive for each step throughout the sale. I would highly recommend Pamela to other sellers as well as buyers.
